DOG AND PUPPY OBEDIENCE CLASSES
Our last class for 2018 just ended. We will start again after the beginning of the new year. Once a date is set - we will post it here.
About the Trainers:
My name is Diane DeDominicis and I am from Treadwell. I have been training dogs since I was in high school. After HS I went to school to be a dog groomer and working in that field for a few years before getting married and starting my large human family. About 12 years ago, my husband and I became involved in dog rescue and have now had over 100 dogs through our home. Our "specialty" quickly became the socialization of young dogs and puppies and helping them learn basic skills that would one day help them be a more enjoyable pet for their adoptive families. We now raise Labrador Retrievers, still have a few rescues in our home and enjoy training them in basic obedience and agility for fun. The dog training classes that I teach focus on teaching you how to communicate more effectively with your dog and teaching basic life skills that will help make your pet a better citizen in your home and neighborhood. Skills covered include: sit, down, stay, leave it, watch, wait and how to walk politely on a leash.
